CHECK AND CORRECT CONFGURATIONS FOR ELASTIX PBX
As per our previous conversation we need you to check our existing elastix PBX. We need this PBX to be as secure and as stable as possible. We are connecting to a new SIP Trunk provider VOIP INNOVATIONS. We are able to make outgoing calls but incoming calls are not sucessful. We opened up a ticket with VOIP INNOVATIONS and described this issue and their reply was:

Inbound Calls Dropping Immediatelyu
When trying to test an inbound call the call drops immediately after dialing.
Thanks for letting us know you're experiencing issues with calls not completing to your DID 3058479646.
We checked the CDRs on this and placed a test call to the DID in question from a personal T-Mobile cellular.
The CDRs are showing error 504, SIP Challenge Timeout. The call also did not complete, indicating "Not authorized" in the trace I completed with it. Please see the following trace:

What this indicates is that your network may not be configured properly to send/receive SIP traffic from our IP addresses. Please have your network team check the configuration to ensure all inbound/outbound SIP traffic from VI is allowed to pass through your network.
